What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

2. Damages and Issues (The "Fast-Track" Refund)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately through store messenger chatbox with:

  • Your Order Number
  • A clear photo or video of the damage/incorrect item

Note: If approved after inspection any defective items, we will either send a replacement, issue a full refund at no cost to you or coordinate a return back to us.

3. Returns for Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect (e.g., you changed your mind, or you ordered the wrong size/color), please note:

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How can I track my order?
